Gajendra is our honey-processed arabica — sun-dried with the fruit's sweetness left to seep into the bean. Expect caramel warmth, honeyed body, and stone-fruit softness. It rewards the drinker who does not hurry.

Sun-dried in the open air and roasted in small batches, with the date stamped on every pack.
